Front & Driveway Reno

There comes a time when concrete driveways wear out and your porch starts to leak into the basement. The concrete cracks, chips and needs replacing or resurfacing. In this case, the driveway was in really bad condition and was completely removed and replaced with a combination of exposed aggregate with paver detailing and clay brick border. The front porch had a drainage problem, which was corrected and then we built the elevated porch and pavers with a semi-circle detail.  The landscape was also worn out with old yews from the 90’s, which were replaced with an elegant, classic garden palate of ‘Limelight’ hydrangeas, dwarf Sweetbay magnolias, laurels, American boxwoods, ‘Green Velvet’ Boxwoods, white blooming ‘Monroe’ liriope, hosta, white daffodils, ‘Shasta’ doublefile viburnums, and masses of pachysandra.  The landscape beds were defined with limestone curbing.
